Hierro Puro es la primera Herrería de España en encargar todos sus trabajos de fabricación a Técnicos especializados y monitorizar en tiempo real todo el proceso, vinculando cada acción a un técnico externo que certifica y valida el resultado.

Una vez Admi. Hierro Puro acepta un trabajo automáticamente se asigna un número de expediente, hasta aquí todo muy parecido a una Herrería “Normal”.
En Hierro Puro realizamos una acción diferente a partir de ese punto:
El trabajo se asigna a un Técnico especialista en soldadura (certificado oficial por escuela de soldadores.com) en la especialidad más acorde al encargo.
Este decide si acepta el encargo, de forma automática se resuelve el pedido de material para ese trabajo y se recibe entrada en taller con percha individual por número de expediente.
Durante todo el proceso cada parte o hito de ese trabajo en tiempo real es comunicado por cada técnico desde su puesto de trabajo con nuestro programa en nube.
La dirección de la Herrería puede saber en todo momento en que momento se encuentra el expediente, adelantar las necesidades del trabajo y certificar la calidad del mismo por procesos e hitos.
Esta forma de trabajar hasta que sepamos es la mejor y más avanzada gestión de Herrería y/o taller de soldadura del gremio.
Tasa los tiempos de espera, mide con exactitud el coste y valor que se aplica al trabajo, asegura la calidad de las terminaciones del encargo en cada proceso o cambio de valor al producto final, garantiza el dotar a nuestro técnico soldador de las herramientas necesarias para poder medir y cuantificar su capacidad d trabajo y resultado.
